Sony shows a 11.7 inch OLED Display with oxide semiconductor TFTs as its driver elements at SID-2010 . With this technology Sony suggest a lifetime of 10 years or more. The panel is developed from the research laboratory in Atsugi Kanagawa Japan. read more
