Samsung Mobile Display show a 2 inch transparent OLED display at the FPD International 2009. At the FPD-International, a mirror is placed behind the display to show that the back side of the display also shows an image.

Sony Ericsson Android Phone with 4.1 inch Amoled

There are some rumors that Sony Ericsson want to bring out their first Android powerd mobile phone on 3 November. The new mobile phone under the code name Project rachael does have a 4.1 inch AMOLED touch screen with an 1 Ghz Snapdragon processor and a 8.1 Megapixel camera.

Philips show a video about a incredible OLED lighting installation in London. The London based design studio random international developed this interactive art work named “You Fade To Light”. Using a total of 1064 Philips warm white Lumiblade OLEDs the rAndom International team created a suspended wall of light which reacted to people’s movements as they walked in front of it
