Photonis Technologies SAS has bought a 51% stake in MicroOLED . The financial details were not disclosed. MicroOLED are working towards OLED microdisplays for defense systems, OEM instrumentation, video glasses for 3-D and high-definition applications, and viewfinders for cameras.
